Jay grew up in that part of Barrington NJ with a Haddonfield PO (Nick Foles lived on his block, and no, Nick didn't actually live in Haddonfield), went to Haddon Heights HS then Drexel U where he got dual degrees in Marketing and Engineering, then worked for years at Ft Monmouth as a Business Development Specialist, Engineer, Tech Writer and Trainer. He started in Real Estate in the late '90s, first as an investor, then branching out into RE investment training, then getting his Real Estate license in late 2001. An immediate success – he was the "rookie of the year" runner up at his first company – Jay has spent the last 20 years helping people deal with the challenges of a Real Estate move, including extensive work with first time home buyers, relocating homeowners and small property investors.
